LOGLINE
“Holy Blisters” is a documentary film about a man who can't sleep because of his Restless Legs Syndrome so he uses walking as a way to survive and fight with his illness..
SYNOPSIS
For most of us nowadays walking is an activity we do as a passion, to clear our mind, to relax, enjoy, for spiritual or labor reasons. For Peter walking is a necessity, a way to survive, the only way he might sleep and the partial cure for his Restless Legs Syndrome. Everything else he does in life, from having a stable life, love and job, fails at one point due to his insomnia caused by the illness.
It is a film about making an illness the mission of life, giving up everything else and finding a reason in the condemnation to walk.
